If you are a type of person who loves to share his fitness tips to people and advice them on what is good fro them and what is not, then this is the job for grabs. A personal trainer’s job is not limited at teaching people how to exercise but he is in the truest sense that guiding light who will show you the light at the end of the tunnel-only in this case the light referred to is your weight. He will meet up with you inform you of all that you are to do in your exercise session, he will monitor your heart beat and pulse rate , and if better qualified enough can you give you advice on what should be your food intake, how it effects your body, basically, more of general information.

Your job will be to strictly follow, all that has been instructed to you on a regular basis. Unlike lectures at high school levels, that you could bunk these are classes that you need to attend regularly for your own good.
